Getting Started

How do I create my first AI assistant?

To create your first AI assistant:

  1. Sign up or log in to your ConvoKraft account
  2. Click the "Create Assistant" button in the header
  3. Enter a name and description for your assistant
  4. Select the capabilities you want (Personal Assistant, Order Taker, Appointment Scheduler)
  5. Click "Create" to finish
How do I connect my assistant to WhatsApp?

To connect your assistant to WhatsApp:

  1. Go to your Profile settings
  2. Add your phone number in E.164 format (e.g., +15551234567)
  3. Set a primary bot in your bot settings
  4. Send a message to the platform phone number: +15551395058
  5. Your assistant will respond automatically

How do I upload knowledge base files?

To upload knowledge base files:

  1. Select your bot from the dropdown
  2. Click "Manage Bot"
  3. Go to the "Upload Files" tab
  4. Drag and drop files or click to browse
  5. Supported formats: PDF, TXT, DOCX, MD
  6. Files will be processed and added to your bot's knowledge base
What are bot capabilities?

Bot capabilities determine what your assistant can do:

  • Personal Assistant: Manages tasks, reminders, and personal information
  • Order Taker: Takes orders and processes requests
  • Appointment Scheduler: Schedules and manages appointments

You can enable multiple capabilities for a single bot.
