Notifications are not appearing on my iPhone/iPad

Ensure notification permissions are enabled in iOS Settings > Altheru > Notifications. Also verify that Scheduled Summary or Focus modes are not muting alerts for upcoming document deadlines.

How do I transfer my documents to a new device?

Because Altheru encrypts documents locally without a central cloud vault, you can transfer your records using standard Apple Encrypted Device Backups (via iCloud Backup or Finder/Mac), or export decrypted files via the iOS Share Sheet.

Why did an AI extraction fail?

Ensure your device is connected to the internet for AI extractions. Also verify that document photos are clear, in focus, and adequately lit. If you have reached your monthly free quota (5 document scans, 20 questions), check Settings for quota reset dates.
